So Ive been sleeping 14 hours a day, None of which when its dark
Sooo, Hmmm exactly what have I been doing...other than sleeping ALL day, and staying up ALL night....
This post wont be as long since I havent been being very productive....
So last Monday...I finally went to Loof ..http://www.loof.com.sg/rooftopbar/... (a cooool rooftop bar, for ALL U CAN EAT -yes eat! satay) its sooo yummy -the satay, which is this chicken on a stick that comes with yummy peanut sauce. So I get there, and of course, immediately start eating, and eating, and eating and eating, you get the picture. Thennnn to add greatness to sheer joy, I find out that with a business card drinks are buy one get one free. And the drinks there are magical!! Personal favorites are gummiberry (some kind of red berry frozen drink with real merengue on top) and the Tom Yum cocktail, its suppper sour and spicy with a jalepeno as garnish....such a good mix of sour and spicy...mmmmm*Homer style* lol. So I hang out with a few friends at Loof, then walk around the city to ease my full stomach uneasy feeling, before heading back to NTU. lol
Throughout the week, I slept, kind of sort of studied, took my first exam *thursday*, and totally boned it, and boned it well (government and politics of singapore). Had no intentions of leaving the confines of my wildlife ridden room *we've been having albino lizards and bugs visiting us a lot lately* until i get a text from trusty Massimo, saying that Rihanna is
headed to Le noir after her concert. Being that Vag (the roomie) was at rihanna's concert, we decided to correlate when we should show up at le noir for the best stalking. sooo, syn and i meet maggie at le noir, and 
we dance, we sing, we see our cool friend Justin, haikil, caash, massimo (cant believe im leaving these great ppl so soon), we are merry, until 1 am hits, and rihanna is "having dinner" then a little bit later "she is too tired" boo you rihanna. boo you. not cool. not cool at all! lol, but we still had a great time and had yummy kebabs from this little stand I didnt know existed, thanks syn!~ lol

Fast forward to Sunday, because I did absolutely nothing all weekend, we all headed back to trusty km8 for Henriks bday! YAY BDAYS! lol. It was a short night, because I needed to get home to "study" aka, watch cartoons and weird movies on the internet (the website that has ruined my life -http://www.fastpasstv.com/category/tv-shows/). But while at km8 we had a pretty good time! Lots of free treats, and funny guys, REALLY funny guys! hahaha, and syn fell! i guess you just have to see it, picture this, a two year old, really really excited to see their mother holding both candy and a toy, soooo they start running on their little two year old legs, and of course, cant physically keep up with their excitement, and they fall....well thats synthia! hahaha! good times!
Now its Tuesday morning, at 5am, and Vag has caught my ridiculous sleeping habits, so were up, being weird.
WHAT THE CRAP AM I GONNA DO WITHOUT THESE PPL IN MY LIFE!!! oh goodness, who's gonna keep me company and make me wanna skip class to talk and laugh at things that are NOT funny in any way....Who am i going to watch awkwardly stalk rihanna, and say "she's beautifulll" hahaha. vag is being such a raging lesbo when it comes to rihanna, but not like really lesbo though.
but I will be on my way to the Changi International airport, at this time, in one week! woop woop! lol!

Sorry, I was busy eating, or something lol
Ok so its been at least 30 years since my last blog. This is going to be long, so skim, or pick and choose or whatever you want to do to ensure you dont waste time reading any boring parts. I ll start with Halloween season! haha, my favorite holiday! Myself, along with Winona, Scott (wino's bf), Scott's friend, and scott's friends two daughters went to the Night Safari at the SIngapore Zoo http://www.nightsafari.com.sg/whatsnew/halloween08.htm....Halloween style! You could choose rather you wanted the regular tram, or the HORROR TRAM! of course we chose Horror. So basically, the night safari carries you through the zoo just like a real safari at night, and probably safer, haha. So the Horror Tram included a scary narration and people in costumes jumping out of the woods scaring the f*** out of us! It was so fun/scary. We did the walking trail after going on the tram, and were scared even more. THere were people in costume like trees, so as you walk through paths of trees they would jump out....SO FLIPPING SCARY......
That Sunday, I went to my favorite beach bar, Km8(http://km8.com.sg/)~ maggie came, finally! and we had a great time! I got to play with the little contraption used by the fire dancers, but they didnt light it (thank God because I would have hurt myself and many others, more than likely)..yah so im swinging the fire thing and dancing like it was lit and having the best time...at some point
between swinging and getting out of the pool/giant hot tub full of questionable body fluids, I CUT MY LEG...so deep! it was bleeding and what not, which I got over quickly! haha! then we met some cool new friends and winona, scott, magnus and I decided to keep the party going with our new friends. We went to balcony bar, this 24 bar/restaurant with a jacuzzi in the middle. We decided it was the best idea to get in the jacuzzi and order food and drinks. the night never ended. Magnus and I finally thought it would be a good idea to take a taxi back to the God-forsaken jungles of West Singapore (ntu) haha! I went to sleep as the sun peeked through my window, ughh!
hmmm actual Halloween, I had been doing a health thing, and detoxing my body which ended on Halloween day with my eating rice, sooo i decided to keep ending it...all night long! :) haha. I started out at Winona and Scotts place. Marcus, a cool swedish guy living in Thailand, was in
Singapore for the night, so we all went to look for the finishing touches for our costumes. I was so excited to find a cape (as I was little red riding hood) and a basket! We went back to the apartment to get dressed and pregame, pregaming went a little to far, and when we arrived at le noir, lets just say i was um, good. haha. I saw all the NTU friends, and we left le noir for attica. At attica, of course syn, wino and i got in wth no trouble but guys as usual had a hard time. so scott got 
a bottle, and he and marcus came in, but everyone else left. We had an awesome halloween in attica, i got to party with haikil and cassh for a bit, then found myself lost and alone! with a dead phone :(! then i saw magnus and we found the rest of the NTU boys and went to mcdonalds, where i got in a bit of a squabble, then returned to NTU.
The rest of that weekend was pretty shot, besides watching Tropic Thunder with Bene and all the other Europeans. After tropic thunder we watched russell peters who is SO funny it was great!
during the week :( :( BOOOOO BOOOO (to the week) i began getting ready for finals and projects and all that crap...i did a chinese video for class and finished some papers.<----chinese video hahah working hard!!! (tried to upload my video but took too long, sorry )
well wednesday was fun, i went with a friend through the closed down china town, then a little bar and to hang out with winona and scott for a while. it was a nice little break from Ntu life.
saturday, synthia and i went to a bridal show, to support maggie in her runway show (she modeled wedding gowns :)). we realized after entering that most of the audience was made of couples, probably engaged couples...that explained why we were getting stares, oh well lol! maggie did so well! we had tea there. my fiance synthia and i even won a door prize!!!! we were so excited, free spa credits, credits towards our wedding pictures (we gave away of course) and dinner for two!!! woop woop! lol....so we left the show and wlked around orchard road..brief background: WE LOVE MEXICAN FOOD, so as we walk we find a tex mex restaurant AND a mexican restaurant! it was like a happy perfect dream coming true. at that point no one was hungry so we went to happy hour at harry's then got hungry and went to the tex mex place! IT WAS SO YUMMY! I want to go back, like right now, i like it as much as i like sarpinos *BEST PIZZA IN SINGAPORE, SERIOUSLY*...so we ate and came back to lousy Ntu.
ok sooo im absolutely sure i left out some key, and probably more interesting events, but w/e! hope u enjoyed...FYI IM COMING HOME IN 17 days! be reaaadyyyyyyyyy hahaha!

Wednesday...worthy of its own post
Sooo, my roomie's amazing big sister and her big sis's boyfriend came all the way to Singapore..and needless to say, being that they are amazing, we had an amazing time together..!!!Asa, Syn and I were just arriving to Clarke Quay(like a downtown area here, lots of clubs, bars, restaurants, shops, all in one great place-http://www.clarkequay.com.sg/index.htm) and on a frantic search for the nearest restroom! as we are saying to one another, "id hate to meet kathleen and andrew right now, bc we really have to goooo"/" we really have to have drinks at clinic(-bar and restaurant with hospital theme-http://www.theclinic.sg/) before we leave" maggie runs up to us!!! Haha! turns out, our new friends did see us in our rushing to the restroom state, and we had our little hang out session at clinic!!! we must be like psychic or something! SO we are rolling around in our wheelchairs and getting to know everyone, then we finish and rush off to my faaave, le noir! everyone is already having a great time, and all my faves are there, soooo needless to say, im happy :) after having a pretty good time at le noir, we head to attica, and hang out there! sparklers! I LOVE Traffic LIGHTS!

" me at km8 on sunday, and hang with our friends and have the best time....like seriously, im only writing about this because it was even better than my 3/4 bday wknd, and that was a crazy wknd hahaha~ sooo i get home,take a nap, seriously a nap, and wake up to skype! hahah! what a great thursday, minus the trip to the doctor...well thats another story....you stay classy san francisco! and remember all fun aside, i still do community service! hahaha

Update from Singy (its long...but READ IT ) hahah
Sooo, I was getting a bit jealous of everyone's "read my blog" status(es) or status(i) on facebook. First, I thought to myself, why not just give a link to Synthia's blog, because I am with her a lot. Then people can just learn about what I do, or rather what Syn does and hope I was with her for it. The outcome of this long battle between writing my very own blog and stealing Syn's of course ended in me typing, right here, right now!
So, since I haven't written anything since I have been in Singapore, except papers, I am going to give you all a brief update of my times here....
Got here kind of late....August 1stish/July 31stish....met my roommate, Maggie...who immediately introduced me to Synthia and Asa. Syn is from Caliiii and Asa from Sweden. I soon met a lot of other interesting characters. My closest buddds are from Americaaaa, Sweden, France and Missouri (we all know thats not the continental uNited states)...so anyhow, I learned quickly the following things :singaporean students study A LOT, and are very competitive, clubs here are SO fun, there are amazing people in the city/country of Singapore who are great to party and hang out with, the climate here is amazing, travelling thru SE Asia is the BEST, computer files should be backed up, and ping pong shows do NOT have paddles!!!
To expound upon my travelling bit, since i have been here I have gone to 1) kuala lumpur, malaysia-stayed in my first hostel....quite an experience...especially the great feeling i got waking up and asking the prostitutes outside for directions...hahaha
2)bintan, indonesia...beautiful people and place, we stayed in bungalows over the ocean....that was kind of cool but this hater rain wouldnt step off my jock all wknd....and the best of all, thus far...
3) THAILAND!!!!!I freaking LOVE thailand, its pretty much the happiest place on earth, and to quote that famous t shirt ppl kept trying to sell us" The land of smile" hahaha! the people there were so chill, and laid back. everyone just seemed to be enjoying life, and trying to hustle a few tourists along the way....there is shopping EVERYWHERE in thailand, even when u dont want it! hahaha! we bought soooo many things....and took THAI COOKING CLASS!!! so now, you can pretty much call me a cook! we saw BEAUTIFUL buddhist temples, made lots of friends, ELEPHANTS in the street chilling------------------------------->
partied to our little hearts' content!

experienced nature....and this was only in Bangkok...then we headed to the airport to fly to phuket!!! which was a trillion times better than bangkok, making it, ummmm 8 steps down from heaven (minus all the prostitutes everywhere!)
soooo phuket was awesome! the beach=most beautifult thing, ever, in life!
(<---patron-unavailable in singapore...EVERYWHERE IN BKK!!!!) the people=beautiful, the prostitutes=connect 4 champions, the ping pong show promoters=professional, the austrailians=drink buyers/rose buyers/etc buyers/tons of

so basically it was great! we found this awesome place that had GOOD thai tacos (tasted mexican to me, but the sign said thai taco, so im not gonna argue, haha!).
..and we took a day trip to Ko Phi Phi, where the movie The B
each was filmed.
IT WAS SO PRETTY! and we got lost and almost missed our boat back to phuket....hahaha we had to jump onto the moving boat, and i had to put my popcicle down :( boo that...lol! but yay for not being stuck on an island! we went snorkeling and i almost had a heart attack/drowned when some cute little fish came near me! lol but all in all, thailand loves me, and i love thailand
back in singapore...
I have been having an amazing time in my classes and travelling. Lately I have been doing the whole law school app thing, and trying to figure out my future! i just cant imagine being still! Kuwait, last summer was great, but I am just nervous at the thought of working like for more than a summer overseas, even though I LOVE being away!
Another recent activity has been getting my academic self together, as it is the end of the semester here in Singyland ahhhh! im pretty darn nervous I must say....but SO excited to get home, see my family, love and friends, get done with the LSAT, and celebrate my 21st for weeks and weeks and weeks with ERK!!!
